  • CAN I PLACE A TELEPHONE ORDER?
    No, we need to have the information in writing in order to make sure we get your order correctly and to avoid any misunderstanding.
  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
    Once we receive your order, we will send you an ORDER CONFIRMATION REQUEST. Please make sure that you check your order carefully and read the product descriptions as well as our General Terms and Conditions before you send your WRITTEN confirmation. For orders above JD 250.00 a down payment of 50% is required, in order to start processing the order.
  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER?

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY A DOWN PAYMENT?
    Only if your order is above JD 250.00. In this case a down payment of 50% is required in order to start processing the order. We will contact you once we receive your confirmation to arrange for the collection of the down payment. In the case where a gift voucher is used, the down payment is calculated based on the balance left after the voucher value has been deducted from the order.
  • WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS AT IN DOI?
    In doi currently accepts only cash payments upon delivery. For orders above JD 250.00 a down payment of 50% is required in order to start processing the order.
  • WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY?
    You will be charged upon delivery. For orders above JD 250.00 a down payment of 50% is required, in order to start processing the order, and the remaining balance will be due upon delivery.
  • HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
    If you live in Jordan, your order will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery team. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not deliver outside Jordan.
  • HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
    For orders within Amman: Less than 5 items: JOD 3.00 per order More than 5 items: the quote will be made on case-by-case basis For other destinations in Jordan (outside Amman): The quote will be made on case-by-case basis
  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE JORDAN?
    Unfortunately, at the moment we only deliver locally inside Jordan.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
    Once we receive your confirmation and down payment (where applicable), we then send the order to our brilliant craftsmen for production; Manufacturing time will vary depending on the items you have ordered. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the objects, delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks.
  • HOW CAN I CHECK ON AN ORDER?
    You can check on the status of your order by simply sending us a line to see where along the process your items are, we will check our records and get back to you shortly.
  • WHAT TO DO UPON DELIVERY?
    Kindly inspect the order and make sure all items are delivered in perfect condition and then sign the receipt form. If you notice any missing items and/or any damages/defects due to manufacturing or delivery error kindly follow the steps under ( REPORTING DAMAGES ) in order to be eligible for a refund or repair/exchange.
  • WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IF I NOTICE ANY MISSING ITEMS AND/OR ANY DAMAGES/DEFECTS UPON DELIVERY?
    Kindly follow the steps below in order to be eligible for a refund or repair/exchange: 1. Decline the delivery of the damaged item. DO NOT REFUSE THE ENTIRE DELIVERY. You may refuse only the specific item(s) that is damaged. 2. Sign the delivery receipt form with the note “damaged” next to that specific item, and describe the specific damage. 3. Take pictures to provide proof of damage before you send it back with the driver. 4. Contact us immediately with the claim, to alert us of the damaged item. Include pictures of the defect/damage along with the order confirmation number.

Please make sure that you check your order carefully and read the product descriptions as well as our General Terms and Conditions before you send your confirmation.   • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Due to the unique and handmade nature of the objects, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel a confirmed order.   • CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
    Due to the unique and handmade nature of the objects, and the fact that the items are made to order, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange or return any item. If you notice any missing items and/or any damages/defects due to manufacturing or delivery error kindly follow the steps under ( REPORTING DAMAGES ) in order to be eligible for a refund or repair/exchange.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF DAMAGES OCCURRED DURING TRANSPORT?
    If, despite all our care, transport damages have occurred, or you received a defected, or any item in your order is missing, kindly follow the steps under ( REPORTING DAMAGES ) in order to be eligible for a refund or repair/exchange.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO THE OTHER ITEMS (THAT ARE INTACT) IN THE ORDER?
    All other items (not damaged) in the same order CANNOT be returned, or canceled and must be paid in full upon delivery.
  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REPORT A DAMAGED/DEFECTED ITEM?
    Once we receive your complaint, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged area. If that is not possible, we will arrange for an exchange (for the same item). We will send a priority order to our craftsmen for re-production/repair; depending on the damage, time of delivery will be estimated and we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date. Alternatively, you may choose to cancel the order and not be charged for the damaged goods, in this case any down payment that has been made regarding the canceled damaged item will be refunded.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO REPAIR/EXCHANGE THE DAMAGED ITEM?
    We will do our best to speed up the process as much as possible, however as we care about the quality of the production, the delivery can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks. Of course we will bear the cost of delivery for the repaired/exchanged item.
  • ARE ALL DAMAGED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE/REFUND?
    Only items that were received damaged or defect upon delivery and were reported properly by following the steps under ( REPORTING DAMAGES ) are eligible for a refund or repair/exchange.
  • WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
    We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is always at the forefront. Every product that you order will be warrantied against production and transport defects. Once the items are delivered, you will be asked to sign a delivery receipt form, kindly inspect your items carefully before signing. If you have received a faulty or defective product kindly follow the steps under ( REPORTING DAMAGES ) in order to be eligible for a refund or repair/exchange.
  • CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?
    Give the present of individual style with a gift voucher from In Doi. You can choose a voucher for: JOD 50 JOD 100 You can combine as many vouchers as you like in your gift. The receiver then can realize their very own design wish by selecting products they prefer from our website. The gift voucher amount will be deducted from his balance.
  • HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT VOUCHER?
    Send us a WRITTEN order via email or whatsapp and your classy gift voucher card will be delivered to you within 3 days. So you can give your friends and loved ones a gift of design pleasure. Kindly refer to the questions under (ORDER) for more information on how to place an order.
  • CAN YOU DELIVER THE GIFT VOUCHER ON MY BEHALF?
    If you wish us to send the voucher on your behalf, our delivery team will pass by to collect your payment, and then send the gift voucher to your receiver. This service will cost an additional delivery charge.
  • HOW DOES THE GIFT VOUCHER WORK?
    The voucher number is used to deduct the amount from the order balance. It must be submitted as part of the payment upon delivery of the order.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER TOTAL IS LESS THAN THE VALUE OF THE GIFT VOUCHER?
    In this case we encourage you to add to your order as the value of each voucher must be used in a single time. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the difference, any remaining balance will be lost if the voucher value is higher than the order.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER TOTAL IS HIGHER THAN THE VALUE OF THE GIFT VOUCHER?
    In this case you will need to pay the difference upon delivery.
  • HOW LONG ARE THE GIFT VOUCHERS VALID FOR?
    Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase.
